RETURNS POLICY

Return for a refund is accepted for all items purchased that are not as described/damaged, within 14 days after purchase.

Please note that a refund is not possible due to change of mind and purchase by mistake. Under such circumstances, exchange or store credit will be issued.

In order to return an item, please send us a message and we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return postage cost is to be paid by the buyer and only the retail price of the item will be refunded.  Once we have received the item and have it checked, a refund will be provided. A returned item must be in it’s original packaging and not washed/used. We may refuse a return if the item has been used or missing it’s original packaging.
