RETURNS POLICY
If a product you purchased is defective/damaged, you may return it within 30 days, and we will provide a refund or exchange.
No change of mind returns is accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage cost and can purchase a return shipping label from Australia Post. Please send us an email for the return address. Once the item has been received and checked, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. A returned item must be in its original packaging and not washed/used. We may refuse a return if the item has been used or missing its original packaging.
